At Thomas Haas Chocolates, we carefully choose our raw ingredients and select only the best. Our chocolates are perfumed with fine BC wine, oak barrel aged maple syrup from Quebec, vanilla beans from Tahiti, fresh citrus zest, loose leaf teas and organic herbs and spices. Whenever possible we source our products directly from the farmer. There are no preservatives or artificial flavours in our kitchens! Regular selection (New items available every month)

Passion Fruit

White Chocolate Ganache blended with fresh passion fruit, vanilla beans and a splash of vodka.

Salted Caramel

Jamaican Rum

Milk Chocolate Ganache with Jamaican Rum rolled in extra dark cocoa and sugar for a delightful crunch.

Smooth Dark Chocolate Ganache with the heat and spice of ancho, arbol, habanero chilies and a hint of cinnamon.

Palet Au Cafe

Velvety Dark Chocolate Ganache infused with fragrant hawaian coffee beans.

Earl Grey Tea

Dark Chocolate Ganache infused with earl grey tea, zest of fresh oranges.
